Review app versions and localized listing metadata

Open an app in ASO Signals to inspect the listing information available through your App Store Connect connection. Always check the selected version and language before comparing text or reporting missing data.

Open the listing

1. Go to Apps and choose a selected app.

2. Review Availability and sync and the app’s source status.

3. In Selected version, choose the relevant platform and version.

4. Choose the app information record and listing language where those selectors are available.

5. Review Store listing and the other sections for that selection.

A version marked Published and a version preparing for release can contain different information. The Apple version status alone does not prove availability in every App Store country or region.

Understand where fields come from

The name and subtitle belong to localized app information. Description, keywords, and other version-specific text belong to the selected version and localization. Selecting a different record or language can therefore change the fields you see.

Use the available copy controls when you need an identifier or listing text. Copying information does not save changes to Apple.

Keep display language separate

The language selector on an app page chooses the Apple listing you are reviewing. Your Profile language changes the dashboard interface. Neither action translates or edits your App Store listing.

Refresh and check freshness

The current release reads listing information when you open an app and caches it for 15 minutes. Choose Refresh listing to check Apple again, then review the retrieval time and result under Data health.

If a field is marked unavailable, ASO Signals could not establish its value for this selection. Do not treat unavailable data as an empty field. Check the version, localization, permissions, and refresh result before making changes in Apple’s tools.
