Separate the data boundaries
Raw build: your .ipa or .xcarchive is inspected locally and stays on your Mac.
Report evidence: the hosted workflow receives the sanitized manifest and relevant submission evidence after you review and confirm the payload.
Apple key: the authenticated web connection stores it securely on the server for your workspace. It does not belong in a manifest, report, or support attachment.
Account and data requests
Use Profile for the preferences available to you. For a broader export, retention, account change, or deletion request, use Contact support when a suitable self-service control is unavailable. Deleting hosted data does not delete the original build stored on your own Mac.
Contact support
Open SubmitCheck Support or email support@emonster.com. Include SubmitCheck, the affected screen, the approximate time, and the visible error or finding reference.
Redact unrelated private information from screenshots. Never send a raw app archive, source code, .p8 file, password, or authorization token. Review the current Privacy Policy for data-handling terms.
