Why Connect Apple Ads is unavailable

What the coming-soon notice means and what to do while Apple authorization is unavailable.

If Connect Apple Ads is disabled and the page says Apple connection coming soon, the integration is waiting for Apple provider approval and the required integration setup.

This is an availability state

It does not mean your password is wrong or your Apple Ads account has failed validation. Repeatedly refreshing the page, creating API keys, or changing Apple permissions will not enable the provider connection.

How connection is planned to work

  1. Select Connect Apple Ads once it becomes available.

  2. Continue to Apple’s authorization page.

  3. Choose the accounts or campaign groups and access Apple permits.

  4. Return to App Ads Insights to review the effective access.

The exact access depends on your Apple role and the permissions Apple grants. Do not enter your Apple password or paste Apple Ads private keys into App Ads Insights or a support message.

Check connection settings for the current status. The optional App Store Connect connection is separate and does not unlock Apple Ads authorization. No availability date is promised by the coming-soon notice.
