Choose and manage tracked apps in AppReport

Control which apps appear in your portfolio without changing App Store Connect.

Your Apple catalog and your tracked-app selection serve different purposes. The catalog lists accessible apps; tracking selects the apps you want to work with in AppReport.

Choose apps

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Find Choose your apps and search the Apple catalog if needed.

  3. Use the Active for reports control for each app you want to track.

  4. Review the selected count and allowance shown for your account.

Selection changes save automatically. They change AppReport’s tracked-app list and do not change anything in App Store Connect.

If an app is missing

Confirm that the connection belongs to the correct Apple team and has access to the app. Use Refresh App Store Connect apps to update the catalog. A listing-data or release-status field that has not been retrieved is not evidence that the app does not exist.

Open an app

Use Apps or the sidebar to open a tracked app. Verify the Apple app identity before reading its reports. Selecting an app does not guarantee historical coverage; use Data health to check what source periods are available.
