Open Profile in ASO Signals to manage personal display preferences. App selection and the Apple connection are managed separately in Settings.
Update your profile
Display name: edit the name and choose Update. Follow the field’s length and character guidance.
Email: your sign-in email is managed by your Google account and cannot be edited in this field.
Language: choose one of the interface languages offered by your current release.
Appearance: choose System, Light, or Dark. System follows your device setting.
Timezone: choose Standard (UTC) or your local timezone for displayed dates.
Preferences are saved to your account. Check the result or any error before leaving the page. A different display timezone does not change Apple’s original source dates.
Set your table default
Under Rows per page, choose 25, 50, or 100. This is your account default. A table’s own Per page selector changes that table’s current view without changing the account default.
Use the page arrows to move through the results. Disabled arrows indicate that you are at a boundary. Search and sorting affect the displayed result set; changing the number of rows is not a change to your app allowance.
Interface language versus listing language
Your Profile language changes the dashboard interface. The language selector on an app page chooses the App Store listing localization you are inspecting. Changing either selector does not translate or edit the listing in Apple.
Access controls and account deletion
As of September 19, 2026, the additional Access management control is unavailable in this release. Do not assume that an unavailable control has activated a security feature.
Profile includes Request account deletion. Read the current confirmation, affected-data scope, and displayed deletion date before proceeding. This is separate from removing an app from the active portfolio.
If a preference fails to save, reload Profile to check the stored value, then contact Support with the setting name and error message. Do not include passwords or sign-in codes.
