The emonster help center brings documentation together in product-specific collections. The emonster.dev collection helps you navigate the developer-tool family.
Open your product’s guides
SubmitCheck help — local manifests, Apple evidence, checks, and findings.
Keyword Intelligence help — product setup and keyword-research guidance.
ASO Signals help — product setup, listing evidence, and analysis guidance.
AppReport help — tracked apps, reports, source coverage, and delivery.
App Ads Insights help — connection availability, reporting setup, and planned analysis.
Request support
Use Support inside the affected product, or email support@emonster.com. If your question is about the portal itself, identify it as emonster.dev.
Include the product name, page or feature, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time. A screenshot of the visible error can help after you remove unrelated private information.
Keep credentials out of support messages
Never attach an Apple .p8 key, password, authorization token, or raw app archive. Use only the affected product’s authenticated setup flow when a service connection requires credentials.
