Use AppReport Activity and export event history

Find sync problems and inspect the source, period, and outcome behind each event.

Activity shows sync and report workflow events. It helps explain what completed, what is still processing, and what needs attention.

Find an event

  1. Open Activity.

  2. Use Search and the app, date-range, data-source, event, or status filters.

  3. Select a row to inspect its details, including the source, report period, and any safe error information.

  4. Use Clear filters if an event you expect is missing from the current view.

Understand the timeline

Activity dates use the timezone selected in Profile. Apple report periods keep their original source dates. A source fetch, archived file, processing step, and completed workflow can be separate events.

Partial means some data is missing. Completed should be interpreted for that event’s step, not as a guarantee that every report is complete.

Export and share carefully

Use Export CSV or Export JSON for the event history offered by the current view. Review the exported scope and remove unrelated private information before sharing it with support. Never include provider keys or tokens.
