Understand data health and unavailable analysis
Tell the difference between loaded listings, missing evidence, and features that are not yet available.

A working Apple connection confirms access to your apps. It does not prove that every source has returned data or that an ASO analysis has run.
Check Data health
Open an app from Apps.
Find Data health.
Review the source, retrieval time, and listing-data status.
Check the separate messages under ASO recommendations and Performance analytics.
Listing data can be available while a performance dataset or recommendation is unavailable. Check each source separately rather than treating connection success as complete data readiness.
Current release limits
As of September 19, 2026, the live app page states that App Store performance reports are not available in this release. The Keyword evidence section also reports unavailable Keyword Intelligence demand, difficulty, and ranking data.
No saved ASO analysis means there is no saved analysis to display for that app. It does not mean the app has no ASO issues or opportunities. Refreshing a listing, selecting an app, or granting broader Apple permissions does not by itself activate missing product features.
Interpret missing data
Available: the indicated source or field was retrieved for its stated context.
Partial: some requested information is missing; assess the visible limits.
Unavailable or not retrieved: the value has not been established. Do not replace it with zero or an empty string.
Older retrieval time: check whether the retained evidence is current enough for your decision.
Use Refresh listing for a new Apple listing read. Check the result after refreshing; the attempt alone is not confirmation of success.
Does analysis change my Apple app?
The V1 product boundary keeps Apple listing, pricing, asset, and review-response changes outside ASO Signals. Planned draft workflows are for reviewing and copying suggestions, not publishing them to Apple. Saving an ASO preference or selecting an app does not edit your Apple product.
For unexpected missing data, contact Support with the app, selected version and language, retrieval time, and exact message.
