Prepare your evidence

Generate a sanitized manifest with the local SubmitCheck tools. Connect App Store Connect if you want checks that depend on Apple submission evidence, and confirm you are working with the intended app and build.

Run the check

  1. Open the dashboard and choose New check.

  2. Use Browse to select the generated submitcheck-manifest.json file.

  3. Wait for the portal’s file validation.

  4. Select Preview exact payload and inspect what will be uploaded.

  5. Confirm that the payload contains no raw artifact, private key, credentials, or unrelated private data.

  6. Select Run submission check when enabled.

If the action is disabled

Check whether a valid manifest has been selected, the preview and confirmation are complete, and your account has the required access. Read any displayed validation or availability message. Selecting a file alone does not mean a hosted check has completed.

Review the result

Open the completed report and review both findings and evidence coverage. If Apple evidence was unavailable, dependent rules must remain not checked. Do not treat an artifact-only result as full submission readiness.
