Open Profile to manage your personal display preferences. Product and research settings are available separately in Settings.

Profile settings

  • Display name: edit your name and choose Update. Follow the field’s length and character guidance.

  • Email: your sign-in email is managed by your Google account and is not edited in this field.

  • Language: choose the interface language from the available options. Some research content may fall back to English.

  • Appearance: choose System, Light, or Dark. System follows your device’s appearance setting.

  • Timezone: choose Standard (UTC) or your local timezone for displayed dates.

  • Rows per page: choose a default of 25, 50, or 100 where supported by the table.

Preferences are saved to your account. Check any saving or error message before leaving the page. Changing the display timezone does not change the original observation time of source data.

Research language is a separate choice

Your profile language controls the interface. Keyword language, storefront, device, and Apple listing localization describe the data being researched. Select these explicitly in the relevant research or listing screen.

Keyword notification preferences

Settings includes preferences for Opportunity changes and Rank changes. As of September 19, 2026, the screen states that these preferences are for when delivery becomes available. Saving them does not send an email or establish an active recurring notification service.

Profile also has a Notifications tab for account-related preferences. Read each option’s description; account messages and keyword research alerts serve different purposes.

Account access and deletion

Use Access management from Profile for account security controls. Profile also contains the account-deletion action. Read the current confirmation carefully before requesting deletion; it affects account access and private workspace processing.

If a preference does not save, reload the page to check its stored value. For continuing problems, use Support and include the setting name and the error message, without passwords or security codes.
