Choose your apps and view localized listings

Your selected apps appear in Keyword Intelligence’s Apps view. Selecting an app changes your research workspace; it does not change the app in App Store Connect.

Select apps from Apple

1. Open Settings after connecting App Store Connect.

2. Under Choose your apps, search for an app.

3. Use its Active for research checkbox to add or remove it from the dashboard.

4. Wait for the saving indicator to finish and confirm the saved state.

The allowance summary shows the number selected and your account’s current limit. If you reach the limit, deselect an app before adding another. An internal-access allowance is not a paid subscription.

Refresh apps updates the accessible catalog without deliberately changing your saved selection. If an app is missing, check the connected Apple team and the key’s access. A pre-release app may have no public icon or release date.

Add an app manually

Use Add an app manually in Settings when you want to provide an app context without connecting Apple. Enter the requested app details and save. Manually entered information is your research context, not verified Apple listing metadata.

Read a listing

1. Open Apps and choose an app.

2. Check the selected platform and version.

3. Select the available listing language you want to review.

4. Review the source, retrieval information, and any missing-data messages alongside the listing.

Published listing metadata is preferred. When an unreleased version is used as a fallback, treat it as unreleased content rather than the live App Store page. A missing field marked unavailable is not proof that the field is blank in Apple.

Keep these choices separate

• Dashboard language: the language of the interface.

• Listing language: the localization of your Apple metadata.

• Research storefront: the App Store market you are researching.

Reviewing or importing a listing does not edit Apple metadata or automatically start tracking every listing keyword.
