Anitalk can share animated PNG (APNG), GIF, and WebP. The receiving app or service decides how the file is displayed and may process it differently.

  1. Check that the animation moves correctly in Anitalk's preview.
  2. Export or share the animated file using the format controls.
  3. Send a small test to the destination you plan to use.
  4. If it appears still or changes after sending, try another supported animated format.

A screenshot is a still image, so it will not preserve the animation. Share the exported animation itself.

Does the recipient need Anitalk?

No. The recipient receives media, not an Anitalk project that requires the app. Playback still depends on the receiving app's support for the chosen format.

If the file also fails in Anitalk's own preview, simplify the syntax first. If it works in the preview but not after sharing, note the file format and receiving app when reporting the issue.
