Use the SkyStamp support form for bug reports, feature requests, or other help. You do not need an account.

What to include

  1. Select the request type and enter an email address you can receive replies at.
  2. Give a short subject, then describe what happened, what you expected, and the steps to reproduce it.
  3. Choose the affected feature. App version, device type, and system version are optional.
  4. For airport-data or search problems, include an IATA or ICAO code such as EZE or SAEZ in the optional airport-code field.

Do not include passwords, payment information, identity documents, your full collection, or precise location history.

Your confirmation

Once the request is accepted, the page shows a SKY reference. Resend sends a confirmation email from SkyStamp Support. Keep the reference and check spam or junk folders if the email is missing. Email delivery can be delayed even when the request has been accepted; do not submit the same request again just because the receipt is late.

Support replies

The request goes to the private SkyStamp customer-ticket category in Featurebase. Our team replies by email through Featurebase. The confirmation email uses the Featurebase workspace support address as its reply-to, so replies go to the support inbox. Include the SKY reference when adding details. Only the request author and the support team can see the ticket.

If submission fails

Correct any highlighted fields. After a definite rejection, the form keeps your message so you can edit it and retry. If the page cannot confirm the result, check email first and use its retry action for the same request; avoid opening a second form to send a duplicate.
