Choose capacity and organize records with Profiles
Understand the difference between document capacity and person labels.

Capacity controls how many active documents you can track. Profiles organizes documents by person; it is not a shared account and does not increase capacity.
- Free: one active document.
- 10 Pack: up to ten active documents through a one-time unlock.
- Lifetime Unlimited or Upgrade to Unlimited: unlimited capacity with Profiles included.
- Monthly or yearly Unlimited: unlimited capacity while the subscription is active; Profiles is separate.
- Profiles add-on: reusable person labels, without extra document capacity.
With Profiles access, create a person label and assign the appropriate records to it. This helps organize dates for you and people you assist; it does not share records with another person's account.
