A conversion is unavailable in Price Tag FX

Check currency selection, refresh exchange rates, and understand which rates are available offline.

Confirm that source and target currencies differ. Connect once and refresh the source-currency snapshot if the pair has never been cached. Previously downloaded covered pairs can be used offline, but stale data may differ from today’s checkout or card rate.

Check your currency pair

In Manual, check the currency under Price and the currency under Exchange. This example uses JPY and USD. The gear at the top right opens Settings, where you can check exchange-rate status and refresh rates. Select the image to enlarge it.
