Reporting an error or requesting a guide

Use the Paper City Guide support form for incorrect guide information, download or printing problems, broken links and improvement ideas. Choose Report a problem, Suggest an improvement or Other help.

Enter your email so we can reply, a short subject, and a message explaining what happened and what you expected. You may select the guide, version, device and affected area. Tokyo Tower’s current guide is TKY-0001, v1.0. For a factual correction, include an official source if available.

Requests are sent privately to the Paper City Guide category in emonster’s Featurebase support workspace. They are not public feedback posts. Keep the displayed PCG reference for follow-up.

If sending fails, your message remains on the page. If submission is uncertain, check your email before using Check submission again; the same request stays locked to prevent duplicates. Excessive requests may require waiting an hour.
