Restore collection access and understand Album storage

Restore Purchases restores eligible access, not captured Album progress.
Collection access
A collection can be unlocked through its individual one-time purchase, an eligible parent collection, or an active monthly All Access subscription. The app and App Store show the available options and current terms.
- Use the Apple Account that made the purchase.
- Connect to the internet and use Restore Purchases in the app.
- Reopen the collection and check its unlock status.
Changing devices or reinstalling
Captured Album records live in the local app database on the device. There is currently no in-app import, export, or collection-transfer control. Restoring a purchase does not move captures. Do not delete the app as a first troubleshooting step if you need to preserve that progress.
If access remains missing, contact Manhole Quest support with the collection name, app version, and what Restore Purchases showed. Never send an Apple Account password.
