Core airport search, collection management, statistics, quizzes, and share-card rendering work locally. Map imagery, current weather, purchases, and other connected services may need internet access.
No account is required for the core experience. Nearby-airport matching happens on device, raw location history is not stored or uploaded, and only confirmed stamps enter your collection. Analytics and diagnostics can be disabled in Settings.
Contact support
Use SkyStamp support with your app version, iOS version, device model, and the steps that failed. For airport data problems, the airport code is usually more useful than your location history. For transfer problems, describe the file format and error without attaching your full travel history unless specifically needed.
Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or precise location history. The privacy notice explains the app's data handling.
