Start a cover hunt in Manhole Quest

Manhole Quest helps you find and collect decorative manhole covers in Japan. The main collecting experience does not require an account.

1. Open Catalog and choose a collection. Review its included packs, progress, and unlock status.
2. Open Explore. Search and filter by collection, prefecture, or collected status.
3. Tap a map marker to check the design and location. Follow its official information link when planning a visit.
4. At the actual cover, use Scan. Accepted captures appear in Album.

Check your filters and whether its collection is unlocked. Catalog is the full collection index; map and scanning availability depend on access.

Check local access conditions before traveling. Stay out of traffic and restricted areas, and never move a cover. Manhole Quest is an independent app, not an official municipal or franchise service.
