Purchases and My guides

Purchases are not available yet. The ten selected Tokyo guides are free to download without signing in. Planned one-time prices are USD $1.99 per paid guide and USD $9.99 per city collection. There is no subscription.

A single-guide purchase includes every available language and future editions of that guide. A city-collection purchase includes all current and future guides, updates and languages published for that city, for the lifetime of the collection. Other cities are separate. About 100 guides per city is a target, not a claim that they are published, an access limit or a delivery schedule. Guide purchases do not include destination admission, transport, reservations or tickets.

When checkout becomes available, enter your email at Stripe Checkout. After confirmed payment, we send a private access email. Open its link and enter the email used for the purchase to finish signing in. No password or separate registration is needed. A payment return page alone does not confirm payment or complete sign-in.

To return later, open My guides, enter the purchase email and request a sign-in link. If the email has active purchase access, a link is sent. Check your inbox and spam folder. Keep the single-use link private; an expired or already-used link needs a new request. If the browser session has ended, choose Sign in again.

In My guides, choose PDF language before downloading. A collection ZIP contains current published PDFs in that language; Download all languages includes the available language editions. ZIP files do not update themselves. Return to My guides to download later additions and revised editions.

Sign-in links and download links are different. Signed download URLs expire after ten minutes; issue a new one from your signed-in library. Link expiry does not end the purchased collection entitlement. Keep all access URLs private and use downloaded guides only as permitted by the License Agreement.

If your purchase does not provide access to a download or you need purchase-email help, use Contact Support with the purchase email. Do not send private access URLs, passwords or payment details. Tax, refund and final checkout disclosures will be published before purchases are enabled.
